『障害の社会モデル』の考え方に基づき、AIなどの新しい技術を活用し、すべての人々が相互に人格と個性を尊重し合い、支え合える『心のバリアフリー』の実現を目指しています。 Grounded in the Social Model of Disability, we leverage AI and new technologies to build a society of mutual respect and "barrier-free hearts."
ＡＩ福祉ラボは高齢者・障がい者・子ども・生活困窮者など、支援を必要とする誰もが、年齢や障がいの有無に関わらず、やりたいことに生涯楽しく取り組み、自分らしく生きられる『やさしい社会』の実現を目指します。 We work toward a world where everyone — seniors, people with disabilities, children, and those in need — can pursue their passions throughout life and live as their true selves, regardless of age or ability.
障害は個人の心身機能の問題ではなく、社会のあり方（バリア）によって生まれるという考え方。物理的・制度的・文化的なバリアを取り除くことで、すべての人が自分らしく生きられる『やさしい社会』をつくれる。 Disability is not an individual problem but is created by social barriers — physical, institutional, and cultural. Remove those barriers, and everyone can live as their true selves.

2025年12月設立 Est. December 2025設立目的：当法人は、人工知能（AI）・情報技術（IT）等の先端技術を活用し、高齢者・障がい者・子ども・生活困窮者など支援を必要とする人々が、地域社会において自分らしく自立した生活を営めるよう支援することを目的とする非営利団体です。（定款第3条） Purpose: A nonprofit established to help seniors, people with disabilities, children, and those in need live independently and as themselves in their communities, using AI, IT, and advanced technologies. (Article 3, Articles of Incorporation)
私たちは特に3つの社会課題の解決に注力します。 We focus on solving three key social challenges.
技術の恩恵を誰もが平等に受けられるよう、IT利用の障壁を取り除き、情報格差による孤立を防ぎます。AIやデジタルコンテンツ技術を活用し、福祉サービスの利用者体験を革新します。 We remove barriers to IT access so everyone can equally benefit from technology, preventing isolation caused by the information gap. AI and digital content innovations transform welfare service experiences.
デジタル格差の解消Digital Inclusion障がいの有無や属性に関わらず、すべての人がその能力を活かせる社会を目指します。多様な働き方を通じて主体的な経済活動を支援し、就労機会の格差を解消します。 We work toward a society where everyone — regardless of disability or background — can use their abilities. We support diverse ways of working to close employment opportunity gaps.
就労機会の格差解消Equal Employmentすべての人が社会の一員として『分け隔てられることなく』受け入れられるコミュニティを形成し、地域で支え合い、世界ともつながる社会を実現します。多文化共生・外国人支援を含みます。 We build communities where everyone is accepted without exception, fostering mutual support locally and global connection — including multicultural coexistence and support for foreign residents.
